Who is that effeminate singer?

I cut out a picture of him from spin magazine two years ago where hes burning a picture of George bush with a lighter thats shaped like a gun. The singer is very effeminate. Light complected, thin, long black hair. theyre from recent years. i know their video came out around 2005. in the video its red white and black (not the white stripes) and theres a random elephant in the background. i thought they were called something among the lines like "the animals" but of course, that's the band from the 60s. this is driving me crazy because i still have that picture up on my wall !!!
