Why does God discriminate his own people?

Why did God decide I had to be born as a homosexual? The bible clearly states that anyone who is effeminate, they will go hell (according to Paul). So even if I didn't commit homosexual sexual activity, I'm still being thrown to hell... because I'm effeminate?
