Hey friends.. Plssssssss helpppp........?

I've got Samsung Corby mobile with Airtel network. I've installed the PC Studios in my lap top to connect to internet using my mobile phone. After installation, after connecting my mobile to laptop also i'm not able to access net. I couldn't find where it went wrong. Pls explain what should be done step by step. PLssssssssss....
