What if they made a laser pointer that worked just like a mouse for tablets?

I just thought of a way to accentuatie my laziness. While my tablet is my lap, i was thinking i could use somthing to just point at the boxes for me so my arm can stay rested on the couch. The laser pointer would have a button on it just like a mouse.
