I really like effeminate men?

Is this normal? Am I the only girl out there who likes the "pretty boy" type of guy? Bill from Tokio Hotel is a great example! I think he is soooo cute! I'm sure that I like guys and that I'm not a lesbian. Just... overly masculine guys turn me off for some reason. I can't relate to them... at all. I like guys with soft features, long eyelashes, tall, well toned but not super buff. Guys who actually care about their appearance. Guys who are sensitive and artistic. Now, I wouldn't want someone who just plain acts like a girl. I think this is why I love Asian guys so much.
