How do I get wireless after installing vista?

OK so I just reformatted my laptop and installed vista on it. I do not have the drivers cd but i can download then on another computer and just install then on the lap top. BUT i need to know why i cannot get internet on the laptop?? Its a Hp compaq 6910p with vista home premium. What drivers do i need for internet??
