How can I 'come out' without actually 'coming out'?

I really don't want to say to anyone 'Hey! I'm gay...you still want to be my friend?' because I'm really nervous my friends/family may not take to it well. I want to not have to worry about it anymore because its been causing me lots of depression lately, so I'm wondering how to just...drop hints...that show that I'm gay. I'm not effeminate by any means and I seem as straight as the ruler on my desk. So, any ideas how could just drop those obvious but not so obvious hints?
